§4.16.350. 3 years from injury or 1 year from discovery, whichever is later. No more than 8 years after act.

§4.56.250. No specific limits on damage awards. Judgment for non-economic damages cannot exceed formulation of average annual wage and life expectancy of injured.

§7.70.100. Mandatory pre-trial mediation. Panel members shall have expertise related specialty or action in question, and be a member of state bar association for minimum of 5 years or is a retired judge.
