§1.3.107. 2 years from injury or reasonable discovery. Minors: until age 18 or within 2 years, whichever is later. Legal disability: 1 year from removal.

§97.3.027.  Limits prohibited.

2004 ballot measure to institute non-economic damage limits rejected by voters.

§9.2.1506. Medical Review Panel to review all malpractice claims and render decision prior to claim being submitted to court.
